Our services include case management, independent living skills training, and mental health/substance abuse services, all designed to foster personal/professional growth, resilience, and independence. Leveraging our deep expertise, we offer structured programs, vocational assessments, support services, and educational training, with a commitment to research and evidence-based practices that ensure innovative and effective solutions including ongoing research projects to inform policy development and drives continuous improvement in our services. With a combined 65+ years of relevant experience in our team’s expert areas, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our work. Case Management

We provide comprehensive case management that encompasses assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy for at-risk, disadvantaged, and troubled youth and young adults. Our services are designed to address each individual's comprehensive needs, ensuring they receive personalized support and resources to achieve their goals and transition successfully to independent living.

Independent Living Skills Training

Our training sessions are designed to equip at-risk, disadvantaged, and troubled youth and young adults with essential skills for living independently. These sessions cover health/sexual education, financial literacy, job readiness, decision-making, housing, and other practical skills necessary for self-sufficiency and a successful transition into adulthood.

Mental Health/Substance Abuse Services

We provide coping skills, social-emotional, and psychological services designed to assist at-risk, disadvantaged, and troubled youth and young adults with anger management, healthy relationship/boundaries education. These services include counseling, mentoring, and peer support all tailored to address the holistic needs of each individual, fostering their well-being and resilience.

Program Services

We offer a variety of structured programs designed to support the holistic development of at-risk, disadvantaged, and troubled youth and young adults. These programs include educational workshops, community engagement events, and other activities aimed at promoting personal and professional growth, independence, and overall well-being to encourage continued motivation.

Research

We are committed to conducting research to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and services.
