Our Story
Willie Ruth Blue
R-Uth Children and Family Services is inspired by loving childhood experiences and shaped by the blind, unfettered love of a grandmother’s heart. As someone who has seen the harsh realities of life and the effect of these realities on the lives of youth who lacked access to true love, care, and attention, I want to help these youth find peace, happiness, and love.
What we do at R-Uth is simple, yet immensely profound. We create a stable, healthy, and loving environment for disadvantaged youth and young adults to heal and thrive so that they can go back into the world in better physical, mental, and emotional state to conquer the world and achieve their dreams for a brighter future.
We want the youth who come into our care to experience love in its purest form; we want them to plant roots. We want them to enjoy the love, security, and safety of our family. We hope that by the time they are ready to spread their wings, they know they can do so without pain or fear.
